These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website www.designmarklabs.com, which is owned and operated by Design Mark Labs. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the website.
Preconditions
By engaging with Design mark lab’s services, the client confirms the following:- The website does not contain duplicate content, pages, or mirror sites.
- The client has not engaged in link schemes, link exchanges with link farms, or spammy tactics that could harm search engine rankings.
- No specific SEO results (e.g., rankings, traffic, sales) are guaranteed.
- All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Any modifications to the optimized pages created by Design Mark lab’s or failure to implement recommended changes will nullify any service guarantees.
- Using hidden links or text
- Linking to link farms or free-for-all (FFA) pages
- Page cloaking or redirection techniques
- Unauthorized submission to directories or search engines
- Automated submission or reciprocal linking tools
Client Responsibilities
To enable the delivery of SEO services, the client agrees to:- Provide FTP and backend admin access to enable on-page optimizations
- Authorize communication with relevant third parties (e.g., web developers) if required
- Share access to website traffic data for analysis and performance tracking
- Grant permission to use the client’s logos, trademarks, images, and content for SEO purposes
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Throughout and following the duration of the agreement, the client agrees to maintain strict confidentiality concerning any proprietary information shared by Design Mark lab’s. This includes, but is not limited to, strategies, processes, or business insights. The client agrees:- Not to disclose or use any confidential information without written consent from Design Mark lab’s
- Not to publicly criticize or make defamatory statements about Design Mark lab’s or its team across any public platform (forums, blogs, social media, etc.)
- Not to seek advice in public forums in a manner that damages Design Mark lab’s reputation
Copyright Notice
Design Mark lab’s retains copyright over all materials, content, and publications shared on its website (“Website Information”). Users are permitted to download, copy, or distribute this content for non-commercial use within their organization, provided:- All copyright and proprietary notices are retained
- The content is not altered in any form
Subscription and Payment Terms
- All subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
- No prorated or partial refunds are provided for canceled services.
- It is the client’s responsibility to evaluate all features and requirements of the selected plan prior to purchase.
- Design Mark lab’s is not liable for refunds resulting from misunderstandings, compatibility issues, or insufficient content on the client’s part.
- All payments are considered final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients must submit cancellation requests via email at least three (3) days before the next billing date.
- Cancellation requests should be sent to info@Designmarklabs.com and CC’d to the assigned project manager.
- A confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge the cancellation.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring proper cancellation prior to renewal.
Refund Policy
- All subscription plans are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
- No credits or refunds will be issued for partial months, plan upgrades/downgrades, or canceled services.
- By subscribing, the client agrees to these terms and understands that all charges are final.
